In the publication the analysis of a modern status of development of optics of gas lasers is given.
The features of designs of industrial lasers and elements, used in them, of optical resonators are
analyzed. Is shown, that use of selective mirrors essentially improves the basic parameters of lasers.
The methods of synthesis of thin-film optical coverings are analyzed. The concrete examples of
designing of selective mirrors of lasers are resulted.

Electron-Phonon Scattering on n-Types of Lead

The theoretical analysis of scattering carriers of current on thermal oscillations of crystalline
lattice is conducted. The account of mobility of carriers in wide temperature (4,2-300 Ê) and
concentration (1016-1020 sm-3)
ranges from the account of interaction of electrons conductivity with deformation’s
potentials both of acoustic and optical phonons and with a polarizing potential of optical
phonons is executed. Is shown, that the precise coordination of theoretical and experimental
results has a place for want of complex account of current scattering both on phonons, and on
ionized vacancies. For crystals of lead chalkogenides such as conductivity in the field of low
concentration the scattering on optical polar phonons (for want of 77 and 300 Ê) predominates,
in the field of high concentration – on deformation potential of optical phonons (at the temperature
of 300 Ê).

Atomic Mechanism of Interaction of an Environment
Material with Deformed Metal

The mechanism and conditions of atom-by-atom splitting of molecules of a deformation environment
material into individual components migrating deep into metal are suggested. The process occurs
at the "environment-deformed solid" interface due to a new physical phenomenon (atom-by-atom
splitting of environment material molecules by dislocation – ASED) discovered. The latter is
confirmed by direct experimental measurements made by local mass spectrometry using a laser
probe and by Auger spectrometry on a number of steels, metals and alloys deformed in environments
of a different aggregate state and with a different chemical composition.

²nvestigation of Phonon Spectra of the CdI2
Single Crystals Non-doped and Doped by CuI Using Inelastic Scattering of Thermal Neutrons
The dispersion of longitudinal acoustic phonon modes in the CdI2 single crystals non-doped
and doped by CuI was investigated by the method of inelastic scattering of thermal neutrons.
Using dispersion relations, Acoustic speed for highsimmetrical directions in a Brillouin zone
(BZ) was calculated. The charge state of the copper impurity centers substantially determines
dispersion dependence of longitudinal acoustic phonon modes along of some highsimmetrical
directions in BZ in single crystals CdI2: in the charge state Cu+
the impurity centers consolidate,
while in the state Cu2+ - loosen bonds in a layer.

The results of Knight shift investigations on 207Pb nuclei in both n- and ð-type PbTe and on
119Sn in p-SnTe in the wide region of charge carrier concentrations
(6•1016-3,6•1021 sm-3) are presented.
In samples of p-PbTe the Knight shift is diamagnetic in the interval
6•1016 < ð < 6•1019 sm-3.
At ð ~ 2•1019 sm-3 DÍ
reaches maximal value, and at ð ~ 6•1019 sm-3 an inversion of the
DÍ sign takes place. In n-PbTe the Knight shift is
paramagnetic in all interval
of concentrations. And at n ~ 2•1019 sm-3 the leap of DÍ
is observed (~60 G). In SnTe the shift font face="Symbol">DÍ is only paramagnetic.
It is established, that the breaks on nonmonotonic dependence font face="Symbol">DÍ(ð)
correspond to critical points in the band spectrum of SnTe. The applicability
of existing models of hole spectrum for an explanation of Knight shift in PbTe is considered.

The process of nickel oxalate dihydrate NiC2O4•2H2O
dehydratation modeled by diffusion mechanism. Activation energy of dehydratation reaction
Du = 18,05 kcal/mol was calculated. The good agreement of Du
magnitudes which was obtained in different atmospheras and by different methods was showed.

Coordinate Distribution of Photosensitivity in Inhomogeneous on
Their Doping Level of a n-Type Solid Solutions

In CdxHg1-xTe (CMT) crystals (õ ~ 0)
of n-type conduntivity with fluctuations of the doping level the inhomogeneity of
coordinate distribution of photosensitivity is revealed.
It is shown that at domination of the process of band-to-band impact recombination,
the presence of recombination barriers caused by fluctuations of carriers concentration
changes absolute values of lifetimes in a matrix and inclusions. Nevertheless, photoactivity
of such inclusions are kept: overdoped inclusions remain recombinatively active and carry out
a role of sinks for nonequilibrium charge carriers, while overcompensated inclusions - are
injectively active and carry out a role of sources for nonequilibrium charge carriers at
optical excitation of inhomogeneous crystals.
When transiting into the temperature range of intrinsic conductivity, the coordinate
relief in distribution of a photoconductivity is levelled at the expense of charge carriers
concentration alignment along the sample.

By both crystallography and lighting of diffraction electronic microscopy methods are investigated
crystallization kinetics and morphology of germs in selenium films. The established correlation of
dependence of velocity of crystalline formation from temperature and dependence it of morphological
parameters from temperature, which confirm close connection of process origin and structures of
actual germs.

The calculation of two dimensional temperature distribution for anisotropic optic thermoelement
(AOT) taking into account the temperature-controlled side facet was carried out. The expression
of cross thermo-electromotive force was obtained and volt-watt sensitivity of AOT for cases of
optical carrying and surface absorption.

The Profile of the Carrier Distribution in Polycrystalline
PbS Films under the Annealing with Oxygen Absorption

The space-time distribution of the carrier concentration in the polycrystalline textured PbS films
of the
n-type under the annealing with oxygen absorption was determined. A possibility of the formation
of two-layer
p-n structure because of oxygen diffusion was established. The results of calculation are in
agreement with the experimental data.

Influence of Laser Processing to Optical Properties
of Tiogalat Zinc Thin Films
The indicated results of research of optical properties of recordings tiogalat zinc
ZnGa2S4, obtained impulse laser raising, and influence on them of laser exposure.
Is obtained, that the thin films ZnGa2S4 are proof to operation of
laser radiation with denseness of power 104-106 J/ñm2.
In an result of operation by laser radiation of such potency an optical passage, form
and the position of edge of absorption of researched recordings is not changed.
Significance of refraction parameter will increase to n = 2,38, that testifies
to reduction in the order of crystalline structure of researched recordings owing
to operation by laser radiation.

Correlation Between the Electronic Structure and
Thermostability of the Fe-Based Soft Magnetic Glasses

The temperature dependencies of magnetic susceptibility k(T) for amorphous
Fe85B15-based alloys with Co and Cr dopants have been investigated in the range of
300-850 K using the Faraday technique. The crystallisation of the studied amorphous alloys
is accompanied by an essential increasing of k. Co and Cr dopants were shown
to increase the temperature range of amorphous state stability in Fe85B15-based
soft magnetic glasses. The computer simulation of the electronic states density n(E)
of Fe85B15 amorphous alloy displayed that the Fermi level is located in the vicinity
of local maximum of n(E) curve. Co and Cr dopants were shown to decrease n(E) at the
Fermi level. The comparison of the experimental k(T) curves and the data
of electronic structure simulation proved the applicability of the Nagel-Tauc
electronic criterion to describe the thermal stability of the investigated alloys.

Investigation of Doped and Energy Structure of
ZnGeP2 of the Tetragonal Modification

Are investigated impurity and band power structures of crystals ZnGe2 of tetragonal
modification. Is obtained, that the position of a long wavelength edge 0,88 åÂ
answers a distance from valence band, and long wavelength near 0,96 å – distance
of a b-level from bottom of conductivity band. The positions of singularities Van-Khove
and their type in valence band and in conductivity band are determined.

Quasychemical Description of Tin Telluride Own Atom Defects

The offered model of quasychemistry reactions of own atom defects formation in tin telluride
crystals with simultaneous existence two-charging defects behind Schottky. On the basis of the
analysis of a requirement of an electroneutrality the dependence of defects concentration both
carriers of current from temperature and fractional pair pressure of a tellurium is found at
embodying of two-temperature annealing. It is specify value equilibrium constants of corresponding
reaction.

of interlayer lithium ions

The influence of the program-controlled pulsed current on the structure and magnetic properties
of electrodeposited films are studied. Their structure of magnetic properties have been shown
to be dependent of phosphors concentration and nonequilibrium of crystallization process
caused by pulsed deposition mode. The coercivity and magnetization of saturation of films
obtained at great values of magnitude and rate of varying of cathode supersaturation have
been found to be higher than 10%.

Internal Pressure, Microhardness and Fluidity Limit
in the Chalcogenide Glasses
Through the data of elastic constants maximal internal pressure pim is calculated for chalcogenide
glasses and fluidity limit sï. It was shown, that value of pim not
corelates with microhardness H after Vikkers in all of glasses. Fluidity (plastic)
limit sï more little then microhardness and maximal internal pressure pim.
Elastic constants and fluctuation free volume parameters in observed glasses largely
depend on mean coordination number Zñð.

packing of PbTe crystalline structure, act by the donors. Is determined constants
of an equilibrium and enthalpy of quasichemistry reactions of vacancies of lead [VPb2-]

The influence of composition and mass of fusion mixture for a solute-melt preparation on conditions
of growth and quality of iron-yttrium garnet epifilms is investigated. Is shown, that for deriving
of a series of nondefected films with a narrow line of a ferromagnetic resonance and stable parameters
by a method of a liquid phase epitaxy it is necessary to use a solute - melt of a major mass and to
apply their padding stirring during the growth.

Calculations of the Optical Constants of the

On the base of ‘ab initio’ pseudopotential method the energy spectra calculations there were
obtained the real and imaginary parts of dielectric function of the layer semiconductor PbI2.

The Choice of Optimal Approximation for

Is investigated, that for quantum mechanical calculations polypropylene macromolecules the
optimization of geometry should be carried by a method ÐÌ3 applying algorithm Pollak-Ribber.
For calculation of effective charges on atoms it is expedient to use methods ÀÌ1 whether ÐÌ3,
which give almost identical distribution of charges. In particular, the method ÀÌ1 takes into
account hydrogen connections, gives rather exact data of energy activation for many responses
and calculates heats of molecules formation.

New synthesized connections have appeared interesting object for definition them ålectronical

polymetyn of a circuit and atoms of nitrogen.

Influence of Thermal Processing in Hydrogen on Physics-Mechanical Properties of Alloys System Iron - Nickel
(up to 36 % Ni)

The objective laws of hydrogen’s influence on physical (electric resistance, thermo-EDF, density,
magnetic induction modulus Ung’s) and durability (durability limits and leak limits, plasticity
of alloys) systems FeNi with contents of Ni 10, 15, 18, 20, 25, 36 mas.% were determined.
It was shown that dissolved hydrogen stimulates the process of moulding regulated structures
Fe3Ni and FeNi.
It was ascertained that thermal cycling in hydrogen extends the limit of short-term durability
of the alloy H18, in change of which two stages are observed. At the first stage (up to 20
thermal cycling) sâ increases to 6 times, at the second stage
(up to 100 thermal cycling) it decreases lower than the starting point with simultaneous
30 % increase of plasticity.
It was shown that hydrogenous thermal processing intensifies the process of invar strengthening
of H36 alloy.

Phenomena of Semiconductor Intercalation Electrician

The phenomena of semiconductor intercalation electrician of crystals Bi2Se3,
InSe and GaSe is investigated at different modes of introduction a “guest” component.
Is shown, that magnitude and direction of currents of thermal stimulation discharge,
from the sorts of intercalant and it concentration depend on temperature, aspect of a
crystalline matrix. Detected photo electrician the condition has permitted to generate
nanostructure for generation of a photocurrent from a photo-electromotive power = 1,41 V
and use of an accumulated solar energy in lacks of illumination.
