REPORTS PRESENTATION

The invited, plenary and oral reports will be including on conference sessions. And, the posters sessions will take place.

EXHIBITION

During the conference will be an exhibition of laboratory equipment of the Ukrainian and foreign producers, as well as demonstration of the participant’s models of electronics to structures which include the thin-film elements.

COMPETITION

There will be special awards for the best reports of young scientists. To participate in this nomination is required during the on-line registration to mark an application in the corresponding cell.

ABSTRACT PREPARATION

Conference materials (abstract book) will be published before Conference opening. Abstracts must be on English (!) and confined no more than single A4 page including figures, tables, references, etc. All page boundaries should be 2.5 cm with 1 line-spacing using MS Word and Times New Roman font (14 pt.) text. The abstract title should be in bold font 16 pt. and centered. Following the title lines include the authors’ names (14 pt, non-bold) and affiliations (12 pt., italic font).

At use the tables, the signature must write above the table with a centering by right, and italic font. Formulae and figures should be inserted in the text. All captures placed inside of figures and formulas should be induced by font 14 pt.

The abstract example will placed on conference web-page.

The speaker name should be emphasize. It is limit for each author no more two abstracts.

Abstracts must be submitted electronically (.doc, .docx or .rtf).

REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Participant registration and abstracts submission will be online only (from September 1, 2018):

The abstracts must write in .docx, .doc or .rtf types. The file must title of author name. In case of two abstract submit from one author, these files must title «author1.docx» and «author2.docx».

FEES

For Ukrainian participants……………….500 UAH.

For foreign participants …….equivalent 200 USD.

Publishing fee for each abstract…………200 UAH (equivalent 10 USD).

All payments must be transferred in UAH.

CONFERENCE  PUBLISHING

It is planned to publish ICPTTFN-XVII Proceedings in the special issue of the international journal. The specifications will be given later on conference web site. Report text prepared according to the rules of the journal should be submitted to the representative of the Organizing Committee at the registration.
